Exploring: {Trinity Groves & Bishop Arts District}

Sometimes your in-laws come to visit, and when they do, it’s the perfect excuse to explore Dallas for the day.  We ate and played for the whole day starting with {brunch} at my favorite Tex-Mex restaurant and then hopping over to {Four Corners} to enjoy their {free tour}.

Then we stuffed our faces with the most amazing {duck fat fried rice} you’ve ever tasted.

{Bishop Arts District} hosted boutique clothing, funky furniture, bike shops, handmade candles, {chocolate} and {M’Antiques} where we were served beer and the boys finally learned their manners. 🙂

Next came Texas wines and cover bands at the newly opened {Bishop Arts Winery}.

Followed shortly there after by a quick wait and amazing, local {pizza}.

And would it ever be a day without {red velvet pie}?  I think not.

What’s your favorite area of Dallas?

Happy exploring, friends!
