{Touch Massage Therapy: A Couples Massage Class}

With only 10 days remaining until Christmas, I’m pretty sure it’s safe to assume that some of y’all are scrambling for those last minute Christmas gift ideas.  And although I’m basking in the warm glow of my final “Order Submitted” webpage for my own holiday shopping, I thought I’d throw the faint-at-heart, shopping-weary, “what in the heck do I do?!” gift-buying couples of the world an inexpensive and sure-to-please bone.

Men, I’m looking at you!
Take this page out of the Peter-planning handbook.  Do it.  Don’t ask questions.  No regrets.

Fourscore and a few months ago, my lovely and thoughtful husband called me whilst I was walking the cold streets of New Hampshire, “Hey, babe!  I found this Groupon for a couples massage class.  Wanna try it out?”

Me: “Uhhh, sure?  Guess it doesn’t hurt to try.”

Well we finally had the time to try it out this weekend.  And it. was. AWESOME!

Here’s what you need to know:

1.) You learn how to give a good hour-long full body massage!  Which one of you couldn’t benefit from that deal?  Let me remind you of all of our lives for a just a second: long days sitting at a computer, running around/picking up kids, work stress, life stress, money stress, traffic/commuting, extra commitments, school, and all other life-in-general stressors.  Guess what?  Now you can deal with that at home instead of dropping $200 for 1-hour at a spa.
2.) The class is hands-on and really informative.  Truly.  Plus, you both get an hour long massage out of the deal.
3.) There’s currently a {GROUPON} for 70% off.  Can’t beat that.
4.) The instructor, {Chris Lowe}, was fantastic, personable, knowledgable (she’s got quite a few letters behind her name) and super great!
5.) You get a packet with all techniques and tidbits e-mailed to you after the class!
6.) Conveniently located in North Dallas.
7.) Forewarning: This may not be a private class, but it’ll only be a max of 2 other couples.
8.) If that super weirds you out, she also does {private classes} and house calls.

yays: This is NOT a sketchy Groupon deal.  Promise.

And as Forrest Gump once said, “That’s all I’ve got to say ’bout that.”

We wish you the best of luck with all your Christmas-shopping adventures!

Happy shopping, friends!
